BRIEF
Each team was asked to analyze the site at multiple scales, understanding the immediate architectural and landscape conditions of the floodplain and existing buildings, as well as delving into broader scale programmatic and spatial курс по аналитике данных needs specific to the Pearl District Neighborhood. Teams were required to design buildings at a conceptual or schematic level. For existing buildings, teams were expected to provide typical plans or sections, but did not need to show each floor or each renovated building unless specifically needed to clarify their concept/design intent. PROGRAM Teams were required to propose a program for: • The floodplain • Reuse of at least four vacant dormitory buildings • A new building on the site |
